At Sidney Fem Essence, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for lingerie, women's underwear, pajamas, bodysuits, or other intimate apparel for hygiene and safety reasons.

The only exception is if your order arrives:

  • Incorrect (you received the wrong item).

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product received.

  • Photos of the original packaging.

  • Evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Our team will carefully review your request. If your claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Lingerie.

  • Women's underwear.

  • Pajamas.

  • Bodysuits.

  • Intimate apparel.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing their original tags.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

Conditions for Claims

To be eligible for review, the item must:

  • Be unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Be reported within the required 48-hour period with all requested evidence.

Claims submitted after this period or without sufficient documentation may not be accepted.

Refunds

If, after reviewing your claim, it is approved and a replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
